After you've contacted us, we'll set up an initial consultation over the phone or in person if you are in the Little Rock area. This meeting costs you nothing, but allows us to get to know you and your organization, tell you a bit more about what we do, and start gathering information about your new website.
Following our first meeting, we'll send a proposed sitemap to get you started. This will help you organize all of your website content and give us an idea of what it will take to develop your site.
With Lamplight Media, you'll get a detailed, bottom-line price before we even begin work on your website, with no sudden price increases halfway through the project to worry about. Getting what you paid for includes paying what you expect.
During the design phase, you'll be heavily involved every step of the way as we create and refine the look and feel of your new website. At the end of the day, we want the finished product to be something that represents your organization well, and that we ultimately are proud to have our name on.
Once the site design is finalized, we're ready to begin the development phase. We'll convert all of the designs to web-ready code and start building your website on our testing server. During development, we'll share a link with you that will allow you to view our progress, test the functionality, and offer feedback along the way.
Upon completion of the website, we'll open it up to a week or so of testing by members of your organization to make sure that we've got all of the bugs worked out. Then, when you give us the go-ahead, we'll make the necessary changes on the hosting server and your website will be live!
